Information you give us: your name, email address, and phone number if you provide one, along with your billing details at checkout.
Information from your purchase: what you bought, when, and the amount.
Information from using the program: which lessons you have opened, which practice steps you have marked complete, and which emails you opened or clicked.
Technical information: standard details your browser sends, such as device type, browser, and general location by region.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see, handle, or store your full card number. Stripe holds that information under its own security standards and privacy policy.
We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, and we do not trade it.
We share information only with the services that make the program work:
These providers are only permitted to use your information to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
After you buy, you will receive transactional email — your access link, your daily Door releases, and support replies. These are part of the product and are not marketing.
You may also receive occasional updates about other Activate7 offerings. Every one of those has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing from marketing does not affect your access to the program you paid for.
If you give us your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages about your account, your access, and service updates. Message frequency may vary, and message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of SMS does not affect your access to the program you purchased.
We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.
Our pages use standard cookies to keep you logged in, remember your progress, and understand which pages people visit. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the program may not work properly if you do.
We keep your account and purchase information for as long as you have access to the program, and afterward as long as we need it for tax, accounting, and legal purposes.
